Objective

 To promote and advance the scientific and the professional aspects of Railway Engineering.  
     

To disseminate technical and other related information.  
     

To organize, sponsor, support, encourage or endorse lectures, seminars, conferences, and  other related activities for the purpose of advancing the knowledge of members and other interested persons.  
     

To organize or sponsor appropriate technical visits within Malaysia or overseas for the purpose of advancing the knowledge of members.  
     

To publish a technical journal /newsletters and other appropriate documents to inform members of the activities of the Association and other developments in the field of Railway Engineering .
